Easter Slider Card

I must say , I was impressed with myself on this card. It is an Cracked Easter Egg that pulls apart to reveal an area for writing. It's A2 size and everything!

You Will Need: 2 sheets 8 1/5 x 11 Speckled Off White Heavy Card stock
Creative Memories Custom Cutting System Oval Patterns
                             (small-medium size)*1
Custom Cutting System Mat and red blade
                      Creative Memories Brown Chalking Ink
                      Creative Memories Simply Beautiful Ribbon
Creative Memories Tape Runner & Precision Point Adhesive Pen

1. To make this card, use Creative Memories Custom Cutting System Small-Medium Oval Pattern cut with the red blade to cut 3 ovals out of Speckled Off White Heavy Card stock. (Keep your scraps, you will use them shortly)

2. Cut one oval through the center in a zig-zag pattern to resemble a cracked egg. Use Creative Memories Brown Chalking Ink to shade the cracked side of the egg that you just cut out.

3. Use Creative Memories Simply Beautiful Ribbon to decorate the egg. I found it easiest to attach strips and then trim the excess.

4. Attach egg halves to the 2nd Oval using a slider*2.

5. Use the 3rd Oval to hide the slider, attaching to the back of the 2nd oval. 6. Attach small pull tabs to each side of the egg for easy use.

Enjoy your new Easter Slider Card!
